iObeya continues to push the boundaries of Visual Management

iObeya, the first Visual Management tool, announces its new version highlighted by the current context and its contribution to the business continuity of large organizations.

Already present in the four areas of Visual Management: Lean Enterprise, Industry 4.0, Agile @ Scale and Digital Workplace, this new version of iObeya consolidates its lead in the management of industrial performance and Agility at scale for remote teams or co-located.

iObeya is participating in the construction of the factory of the future with its QCD module designed to improve operational excellence systems by digitizing SQCDP type performance management. The consolidation of indicators is a key feature of this new version. Thanks to a natural configuration, performance indicators automatically and instantly aggregate at all levels of the operational excellence system, to speed up the analysis and escalation of problems. This automation of the reporting of indicators makes the management of operations more precise and faster, thus allowing the entire production chain to be more reactive, with the key to a significant gain in quality and productivity.

iObeya also provides a Visual Management framework dedicated to Agility at scale perfectly integrated with Jira and supporting the deployment of SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework). Key new features of this new version, bidirectional synchronization and the visualization of dependencies between JIRA tasks allow to considerably increase the efficiency of co-located or remote teams by facilitating Agile rituals such as scrum, PI planning or Retrospectives.
